The real estate developer Metrovacesa has started the construction works of the Isla Natura-Palmas Altas project, the future urbanization of almost three thousand homes projecting to build to the south of Seville, in the area of Palmas Altas.

With an investment of over €400 million, it will have a total of 2,870 new homes distributed in different promotions, of which 1,232 will be with public protection.
Today, alongside the mayor of the capital of Seville, the developer Metrovacesa has initiated the First Stone ceremony of the project, in the words of Juan Espadas: "The development of this new large neighborhood in Seville is a strategic project of enormous importance at this time when we must bet on public-private collaboration to contribute to economic and social recovery after the health crisis."
Isla Natura will be a sustainable neighborhood that will comprise more than 67 hectares in a new sector in the south of the city of Seville, located next to Los Bermejales, on the left bank of the Guadaira River, part of the future green ring of the city, as well as next to the Port, the Lagoh shopping center, and the future City of Justice. The new neighborhood will feature green spaces of more than 180,000 m2 that will provide a new green lung for the city, with the planting of more than 4,247 trees. In addition, 42,900 m2 will be allocated to educational centers, more than 24,000 m2 to sports use, and more than 13,300 m2 to other public and social interest uses (SIPS) with quality facilities. Furthermore, the urban use offer is completed with more than 42,300 m2 of surface area that will be allocated to tertiary use.
