The completion of the first project in the Torre del Río sector corresponds to the final configuration of the Poniente Promenade, a new area of the city with high demand for luxury housing.
The developer completes the construction works of one of its most representative projects in Málaga, Residential Halia. This project, composed of around one hundred homes with 1 to 4 bedrooms, has minimum areas of 72 square meters and stands out for its sea views and the quality of its common areas, equipped with a pool for adults and children, gym, spa, and children's play areas.
This project, for whose development Metrovacesa has invested more than 34.7 million euros, is located in a new area of the city that is well-established, with all kinds of services, facilities, and sports installations, as well as excellent communications with the center of Málaga. Specifically, Residential Halia is the first project to be completed in this Torre del Río sector, where there is a growing demand for new build homes and where the developer is also developing one of the most emblematic projects in the city in recent years, Málaga Towers.
This project, which will begin deliveries of the first homes during this summer, has been designed by one of the most recognized architecture firms in Andalusia and nationally, HCP, and is intended to maximize enjoyment of the views of the Mediterranean Sea with all the comforts that living in front of the beach and very close to the city center entails.
The conclusion of this project represents another step in the commitment that Metrovacesa maintains for the Costa del Sol where the developer has 28 active promotions with an offer of nearly 1,200 homes.
