The innate understanding that Ferrater, born and raised in Barcelona, has of his city and the ability of this architect to create buildings that capture the essence of their surroundings have made his studio, OAB, a globally recognized firm and the ideal choice to design the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Barcelona.
The property located at number 111 Paseo de Gracia is owned by the KKH Property Investors fund, next to number 109, where Casa Seat will be located. The company has made an investment of 180 million euros for the renovation of the assets. The renovation has been carried out by the architecture studio OAB of Carlos Ferrater.

The renovation project for this asset on Paseo de Gracia plans to build 34 residences. The smaller homes will have an area of 123 square meters, and the larger ones will exceed five hundred square meters, including 423 square meters of housing and 120 square meters of terrace. In addition, they will feature common areas such as a spa, a pool, and a gym.
