The new San Andres Marina will be located next to the Historic Center, pier one and the Maria Zambrano train station. This project will allow the connection between pier one and the promenade of the western area of Malaga.

The main objective is to create an open marina, which visually integrates with the buildings in the area. But in addition to the boating area, it includes stores, restaurants and rest areas where you can enjoy a relaxing day.

The port will have two accesses; one to the area of the boats, controlled by surveillance. And another, to the area of the stores and restaurants.
In addition, the San Andres Marina will house the Sailing School and Yacht Club, with facilities including a cafeteria, a marine store, a nursery, a gym-spa, meeting rooms and spacious terraces with breathtaking views of the harbor.

It includes a solarium on the deck with spacious terraces. Entertainment facilities and the presence of a large Noria to offer panoramic views of the port and the city of Malaga.

The port will offer nautical activities, commercial areas and public spaces where you can rest and take a relaxing stroll while enjoying the surroundings with landscaped areas. E

The port will have a Photovoltaic Plant that will generate enough energy to supply the lighting of the enclosure. In addition, a "Desalination Station" will be installed to reduce water supply costs and a "Generator Set" with adequate capacity to meet the basic needs of the port complex. The project includes the organization of 51,475 m² of land area and 63,000 m² of water area, for a total surface area of 114,475 m².
Likewise, a nautical sports complex with all the services will be built. The Commercial Areas and Yacht Club (5,000m2), the Dry Marina (5,000m2), the Sailing School (380m2), the Captaincy (275m2), the Public Parking (4,800m2 below ground level) and the pedestrian and landscaped areas (with a surface area of 30,000m2).
