Andalusia was the autonomous community that recorded the most home sales during the first quarter of the year, totaling 27,755, a 23.5% increase compared to a year earlier.
Next was Catalonia, with 22,219 transactions (25.4%); the Valencian Community, with 20,700 sales (18.3%); and the Community of Madrid, with 19,733 (23.7%).
