- Presentation of the property to the tourist and house rules, reception, check-in will take place 24 hours a day.
- Management of outstanding receivables, with the possibility of credit card payments for the guest.
- We inform the guest about the tourist activities available in the destination, both in English and Spanish.
- Attention to guests during their stay, with a 24-hour contact telephone number in case of any problem or inconvenience.
- Collection of data for the submission of the Police File.
