What if you are interested in renting the property?

The real estate agency will carry out a study of solvency of the tenant, for this it will be essential: 1- In case the person interested in the property is a salaried person, the following will be requested: the delivery of 3 last pay slips and photocopy of ID card (in certain cases it is possible to request more documentation). 2- In case of self-employment, different documentation will be required, which will vary depending on the sector in which the economic or professional activity is carried out. What conditions and payments must I make?
