What is the cost?
The price of the service is 5% + VAT* of the rental fee, if you wish you can contact us for more information without obligation.
Example: Rent 1000 Euros monthly rent
AYRE Estates charges 50 Euros / month + VAT* = 50 Euros / month
*VAT included for owners acting as a natural person in the lease contract.
In addition, each year we will provide you with a list of rental income and expenses so that you can include it in your tax return. ON REQUEST, at no cost to the owner. You can request it to your usual manager directly by email.
