Not all dwellings can be destined for tourist use, since they must meet the following requirements:

- Make a complaints and claims form available to tourists.
- Clean the apartment before the guest's arrival and after the guest's departure.
- Have sufficient bedding and household goods, depending on the level of occupancy of the dwelling.
- To have detailed information on the operation of household appliances, technological devices and devices in the home.
- Inform guests of the internal rules regarding the facilities, rooms and equipment of the property. In addition, restrictions regarding pets, smokers, etc. should be made clear from the beginning.
