When buying a home, we must always keep in mind some tips to minimize problems in the future, some of the most important tips to keep in mind are:

Building for sale

- We should never send money in advance: neither as a deposit, guarantee, down payment, reservation or any other reason. Except in the case that we celebrate a deposit contract with the seller, or a reservation contract with the buyer or real estate agency. For what we should verify that the selling part, is the one that appears in the simple note of the Registry of the Property where the property is located. And if this contract we celebrate it with the real estate agency that showed us the property and has been informing us, we will have to verify that the data of the real estate agency (social denomination, C.I.F., postal address) are coincident with those of their web page, or with the previous documentation that they had given us. We always recommend that you meet the intermediary in person whether it is a real estate agency or if you are dealing directly with a private individual.
- You should be wary of money transfer companies: if they tell you to make a deposit as a deposit and signal through Western Union, MoneyGram, Bidpay or other similar types of payments, since transactions with strangers cannot be guaranteed and the recipient of the shipment cannot be traced.
